Accessing or using a Service indicates that you accept and agree to be bound by the version of this Privacy Policy displayed to you at that time. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Service. You acknowledge that (a) you have read and understood this Privacy Policy; and (b) this Privacy Policy shall have the same force and effect as a signed agreement.
The Services are operated by Binkey, Inc., 712 H St. NE,Suite 1382 Washington, DC 20002. This Privacy Policy describes the information collected through your use of the Services, how we use it, how we share it, how we protect it, and choices you can make about your information.
Information From the Services. We may collect information about you when you use a Service, contact or interact with us, or voluntarily provide us with comments and other content in connection with using the Services.
The Services provide a way for you to aggregate and analyze your receipt and purchase data through connecting to third-party accounts (“Third-Party Accounts”) with a email message, checkout screen, mobile or web application or service (“Partner Application”) that is used by you and operated by our business partner or our business partner’s customer (“Partner”). The specific information Binkey collects varies byService and the Partner’s requirements. Some of this information may be personal information. We collect information that could be used to identify you(“Personal Data”).
Account Creation and Profile Information.We collect personal information that you provide when you register for an account. This information may include your name, email address, health plan, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, as well as optional information you may provide to us like your birthday (day and month). Once you create an account, you are also able to update your account information, such as your name, phone number, email address and can choose to link/unlink your health benefit account card, credit card or debit card from Binkey. We use this information to administer your account, provide you with the relevant services and information, including as it relates to managing the store credits earned from merchant purchases, communicate withy ou regarding your account or the Service, and for customer support purposes.
When you use Binkey Rewind or Binkey Bursements, you authorize Binkey to access your Third-Party Accounts, we may collect authentication information for the Third-Party Account, such as your username, password, security token, security questions, security answers, social security number, address and one-time passcode. When providing this information, you give Binkey the authority to act on your behalf to access, modify and transmit your Personal Data. We also may collect your account information (such as your account and bank routing number) to help you authorize the reimbursed funds as agreed to with the Partner. We may also retrieve purchase data such as receipts, purchase history, order history, and explanation of benefits. If you choose to allow us access to third-party email providers (such as your Gmail account), we also collect information associated with your email account, including contact information, information about your purchases and the content of your email communications. We use this information to provide our Service, mainly to identify purchases and manage store credits earned from merchant purchases.
Financial information: When you create your account, we ask you to connect your health benefit account card, credit card or debit card (“Payment Method”) to your account, which is then used to make a purchase through one of our authorized merchants. When you use Binkey Pay or the disbursements feature in Binkey Bursements, Binkey Rewind, or Binkey Vision, we may collect your credit or debit payment card information such as PAN, expiration date, CVV/CVC, and billing address (street address, city, state, zip), or your ACH transfer information (such as bank account number, ABA routing number, account type, and optionally account title).
Health Benefit Account, Debit or Credit Card Information: When you choose to make a purchase by linking your health benefit account, debit or credit card, we use a third-party provider to process your payments. All such information is provided directly to our third-party payment processor, or, where your purchase is made directly with the authorized merchant, to the merchant’s third-party processor as if you’d paid with your credit card on the merchant’s site. The payment processor’s use of your personal information is governed by their privacy notice. Please review each processor’s privacy notice to understand how they will manage or otherwise process your personal information, including your financial data.
When you use the claim filing and disbursements features in Binkey Bursements, Binkey Rewind, or Binkey Vision, we may supply your identity and/or that of dependents or authorized secondary account holders on a health plan, we may collect your health benefit information (account type, balance, statement, transactions, benefit/program information, eligibility, identity, and coverage information).
When you check on the status of your claim with Binkey Rewind or Binkey Bursements, we may contact your Plan to check on the status of your claim. We may collect relevant personal information to make such calls on your behalf.
When you authorize Binkey to link your account from a “Third Party Account”, we may supply or update the bank account to which your reimbursement is credited, we may collect your account number, routing number, account type, reimbursement type, reimbursement amount, and recent account activity.
Purchase information: We obtain information about your purchases with merchants, including when you upload a receipt to the Services. This information may include items purchased, amount of purchase, location of purchase and timestamp. We use this information to administer and facilitate our services, manage the store credits you have received from each of your purchases through one of our authorized merchants and facilitate payments and reimbursements.
Communications: If you communicate with us through any paper or electronic form, we may collect your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, the contents of your communication with us, or any other personal information you choose to provide to us. We use this information to investigate and respond to your inquiries, and to communicate with you, to enhance the services we offer to our users and to manage and grow our organization.
Marketing Emails: We may use your email address and applicable interests and communication preferences to manage our communications with you and send you regular updates about the Service, as well as information about products and services we think may be of interest to you.If you wish to stop receiving promotional email messages from us, please follow the instructions within our messages and review the Your Choices Regarding Your Information section below.
User Testimonials and Feedback: We receive testimonials and comments from users who have used our Services. If we choose to publish this content, we may identify our users by their first and last initial and may also indicate their home city with the user’s consent. We may share your feedback with your first name and last initial only. If you make any comments on a blog or forum associated with our Site, you should be aware that any Personal Information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the Personal Information you choose to submit in these blogs and forums.
Anonymous Data: We may create Anonymous Data records from personal information that has been aggregated with information from other users or otherwise de-identified in a manner that does not allow such data about you to be separated from the aggregate data and identified as originating from you. We use this Anonymous Data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our Services and improve Site navigation. We reserve the right to use Anonymous Data and aggregated and other de-identified information for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Data to third parties, including partners, sponsors and advertisers, in our sole discretion. We may also use such Anonymous Data for research purposes.

Information From Third Parties: We may collect information, including personal information, about you from third-party sources when you use a Service. When you use the Service, you authorize us to collect information from your designated retail account providers, health plan, benefit administrator, financial institution, merchant, service provider, or other third party with which you do business, or from the technology companies and digital platforms providing services to any of them. We may also make available to you financial products or services provided by third parties (“Third Party Financial Products”) which you may obtain using the funds paid to you in connection with such claims. Your access and use of such ThirdParty Financial Products will be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable provider of such Third Party Financial Products. If the services of Plaid are used to process payments, you agree to abide by the End User ServicesAgreement of Plaid, available at https://plaid.com/legal/#end-user-services-agreement-us, and agree to the privacy policy of Plaid, available at https://plaid.com/legal/#end-user-privacy-policy. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Finicity in accordance with the Finicity’s Privacy Policy.
Information From Your Device: We automatically collect information from you as a user of our Services, including your IP address, the Service features you use and the time of your use, your device information (e.g., device model and operating system version), which we de-identify, and other aggregated information that cannot be used to specifically identify you when you use the Services.

For example, we may share information with a merchant you have previously made a purchase from such as information about the owner of the credit and information about the credit, such as name, email address, phone number, credit amount, credit expiration date, and date the credit was issued.
With Health Benefit Providers: We may disclose personal information relating to your account and transactions to your health benefit provider and benefit program sponsor, including to facilitate the movement of funds and for reimbursement purposes.
With Our Other Business Partners: We may also disclose personal information with other business partners, including those with whom we jointly offer products or services. In such cases where we jointly offer products or services, our business partner’s name will appear along with ours.
Within Binkey: We may share within Binkey, and other companies owned by or under common ownership as Binkey. These companies will use your personal information in the same way as we can under this Privacy Notice.
In the Event of a Corporate Transaction: We may transfer any information we collect in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including any shares in the company) or any portion or combination of our products, services, businesses and/or assets. Should such a transaction occur (whether a divestiture, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, liquidation, or similar transaction or proceeding), we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that any transferred information is treated in a manner consistent with this Privacy Notice.

Note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain services-related email communications (e.g., account verification, confirmations of transactions, technical or legal notices).
Modifying Account Information: If you have an online account with us, you have the ability to modify certain information in your account (e.g., your contact information) by logging into your account and visiting the “account settings” page. You also have the ability to and can link/unlink your cards from there. If there is personal information in your User Content, you can use the features and functionality of the Service to edit or delete the personal information or User Content. Not all personal information is maintained in a format that you can access or change. If you would like to request access to, or correction or deletion of personal information, you may send your request to us at the email provided below. We will review your request, and may require you to provide additional information to identify yourself, but we do not promise that we will be able to satisfy your request in all circumstances.
Closing or Deleting Your Account: If you would like to close your account and delete your information, you may send your request to us at info@joinbinkey.com. Please note that in some instances we may retain certain information to the extent required or permitted by law. If you have any outstanding balances, you will not be able to close your account until these balances are paid off.
